Abstract: This seminar will present the advances in obtaining horizontal wind and particle products with high spatial resolution by using different scanning geometries in Doppler lidar systems. Its implementation for the city of Granada aims to achieve a more accurate characterization of local-scale atmospheric processes, such as the heterogeneity of urban boundary layer dynamics or valley-mountain flows.
